Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure: 10% penalty. 60-90 days: 25% penalty. 30-60 days: 50% penalty. Less than 30 days: 100% penalty. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Limitation of Liability

Genuine Globe Trotter acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of such providers.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
